Childhood friends Naya Nuki and Sacajawea did everything together.
One spring while the girls were digging camus in the Bitterroot valley along with others of their tribe, raiding Lakota warriors captured them and several others. Naya Nuki manages to escape and make her way home, a thousand miles away.
Many years later, another spring Naya Nuki heard that strange visitors were on their way to the Shoshoni camp in the Lemhi Valley. Imagine her surprise to find her best friend, Sacajawea, among the travelers!
