A classic kit (1968) of a classic car. Much of the model comes in die-cast metal which gives the finished product a more authentic look. Worm gear steering actually works, the hood comes off to reveal the detailed engine, and the convertible top can be interchanged to be up or down.
This is not a model for the budding hobbyist but for someone with more experience. Prepping the metal for installation and then painting, including multiple coats and a clear coat, help give the feel of restoring a real classic.
The finished model is just under a foot long and, when done well, will become a conversation piece as part of your home decor.
